Customer Success Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead technical design workshops with customers
• Design, configure, and implement the Fortanix platform
• Provide customer training and enablement
• Drive product adoption and usage to ensure customer success and renewals
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Act as the voice of the customer with engineering and product management teams
• Perform a combination of remote work and onsite work at client sites to implement solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of Professional Services experience implementing HSM or Key Management platforms
• Hands-on experience with systems administration, container technologies, and scripting languages
• Demonstrated experience with at least one HSM or KMS platform (e.g., AWS CloudHSM, AWS KMS, Google Cloud KMS, Azure Key Vault, or IBM Key Protect)
• Strong working knowledge of cryptographic interfaces such as PKCS#11, CAPI, CNG, JCE, and KMIP
• Experience with database encryption, tokenization, and certificate management
• Experience designing and executing proof-of-concepts (PoCs) independently
• Must live in the UAE

• Ability to work flexibly across different time zones depending on customer needs
• Strong ability to differentiate between feature requests and bug triage
• Proactive approach to identifying automation opportunities for troubleshooting
