Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end customer onboardings, including architecture workshops and platform installation
  • Build and maintain customer success plans documenting business objectives and KPIs
  • Translate platform adoption into business outcomes like cost efficiency and engineering velocity
  • Manage customer relationship cadence through regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Conduct technical discussions regarding Kubernetes architecture, RBAC, and Tenant Isolation
  • Drive renewal and expansion motions by identifying new use cases and workload requirements
  • Act as a customer advocate by providing actionable feedback to Product and Engineering teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical post-sales role (Customer Success, TAM, or Professional Services)
  • Hands-on familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both platform engineers and executive stakeholders
  • Structured approach to managing success plans and adoption milestones
  • Commercial awareness regarding SaaS renewal and expansion drivers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKAD)
  • Experience with AI/ML infrastructure or GPU compute environments
  • Background working with regulated industries like financial services or healthcare
  • Contributions to the Kubernetes or open-source ecosystem
  • Experience in a Series B-D startup environment
