Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end relationship for strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales to full activation.
  • Build Mutual Action Plans and structured adoption strategies to embed Alaan into the customer's financial infrastructure.
  • Establish a governance rhythm through Monthly, Quarterly, and Executive Business Reviews (MBRs, QBRs, EBRs).
  • Deepen executive relationships across finance, operations, and the C-suite to frame Alaan's impact in commercial terms.
  • Drive net revenue retention and account growth by identifying expansion opportunities and cross-selling core products.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to provide structured feedback that shapes the Alaan product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise customer success, strategic account management, or a comparable high-value relationship role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex implementations and large-scale product launches.
  • Financial fluency with the ability to build business cases and connect product adoption to financial outcomes.
  • Strong commercial ownership with experience hitting targets related to retention, expansion, or revenue.
  • Extreme ownership mindset with a bias for problem-solving in ambiguous environments.
  • UAE market experience is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Fintech, SaaS, or payments.
  • Experience working closely with the Office of the CFO.
  • Technical credibility regarding integrations and workflow architecture.
