Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships across a book of accounts with decision-makers and stakeholders
• Create and document tailored client success plans for assigned accounts
• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure clients achieve desired outcomes
• Surface expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to execute
• Own retention targets within the assigned client base
• Maintain technical fluency in the product suite and explain data sourcing/validation to clients
• Partner with Product, Support, and Marketing to inform the roadmap and communication strategies
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM

Requirements

• 4+ years in Customer Success Management
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proven track record hitting monthly benchmarks and metrics
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-persona relationships
• Experience in a multi-product, technically complex, or data-heavy SaaS environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Multifamily industry experience
• Experience working with SaaS products
