Job description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for non-enterprise customers on the Arcadia platform
  • Drive platform adoption and scale the use of Arcadia capabilities to support client business goals
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop remediation plans
  • Manage the implementation of product upgrades, platform changes, and data integration quality control processes
  • Conduct customer trainings and demonstrations across the Arcadia product suite
  • Develop strategic customer roadmaps focusing on growth, adoption, and long-term partnership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related technical field (Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, etc.)
  • Proven experience working in the technology or healthcare sectors
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet to resolve complex data issues
  • Background in value-based care and a robust understanding of EHR and claims data
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and experience working within secure data systems environments
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to drive software improvements
