Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize features with customers to address high-impact problems using AI-driven solutions.
• Translate customer business requirements into clear technical specifications and use cases for internal teams.
• Lead agile delivery cycles, managing sprints and project timelines for timely, high-quality solution delivery.
• Drive adoption by traveling regionally to engage users, onboard stakeholders, and gather product feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, acting as the bridge between customers, data scientists, engineers, and product leads.
• Build trusted relationships and champion long-term success for deployed AI solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in customer success, product management, delivery consulting, or technical account management.
• Experience at top-tier product or consulting organizations (Palantir, Google, Amazon, BCG, McKinsey, etc.).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data workflows, and model deployment processes.
• Ability to discuss and assess technical trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to build rapport with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Hands-on mindset with a bias for action and strong ownership.
• Experience managing agile product or project delivery.
• Willingness to travel regionally within UAE/MENA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with finance, energy, or government sector challenges.
• Previous experience delivering AI solutions in enterprise contexts.
• Ability to simplify complex technical details for non-technical audiences.
