Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of ~100 B2B accounts, including high-touch clients
  • Lead onboarding, training, adoption and ongoing engagement
  • Drive renewals, expansions and upsells to grow MRR/ARR
  • Proactively monitor account health and usage; prioritize outreach
  • Conduct exit interviews and capture churn insights
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product & Support
  • Secure customer advocacy: reviews, testimonials and case studies
  • Contribute to CS playbooks and special improvement projects

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience
  • B2B SaaS background

  • English (C1) proficiency
  • Presentation skills
  • Dubai-based / onsite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Arabic fluency (C1/C2)
  • Experience with data rooms or board portals
  • Prior sales experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Multilingual ability
