Job description
Responsibilities
- Own success outcomes for enterprise and multi-market clients across the Middle East
- Drive platform adoption, usage and retention for creator-led marketing programs
- Act as the bridge between client strategy, product capabilities and operations
- Define and track success metrics, performance reports and optimisation opportunities
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and present program performance and recommendations
- Coordinate onboarding, implementation and rollout across GCC markets
- Proactively identify upsell/expansion opportunities and support contract renewals
Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or Consulting within SaaS, MarTech or digital platforms
- Proven experience managing enterprise or multi-market clients
- Hands-on exposure to influencer, creator or digital marketing programs
- Comfortable working with data, KPIs and platform-led delivery
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Strategic thinker who is also willing to roll up their sleeves and execute
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global brands or regional enterprise clients in the GCC
- Prior experience scaling platform-led programs across multiple markets
- Familiarity with CRM or customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) and analytics platforms
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
