Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own success and outcomes for Truv’s largest enterprise customers in the UAE and region
  • Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across multiple lines of business
  • Drive adoption and maximize utilization of Truv’s platform across matrixed organizations
  • Lead and coordinate enterprise-level implementations spanning products, use cases, and systems
  • Design and deliver tailored enablement programs, training, and best practices
  • Analyze customer data to surface insights that inform strategy and drive measurable outcomes
  • Proactively identify and mitigate customer risks; coordinate internal cross-functional support
  • Partner with Account Executives on renewals, expansions, and upsells

Requirements

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and customer analytics platforms
