Responsibilities

  • Own publisher relationships end-to-end from onboarding through long-term growth and retention
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact and strategic advisor for premium and enterprise accounts
  • Proactively monitor and analyze publisher ad performance to implement technical optimizations
  • Perform high-level analysis to determine root causes of technical issues affecting ad delivery
  • Partner with Support and Yield teams for escalations and advocate for publisher needs
  • Educate publishers on new technologies and assist in upselling technical solutions
  • Maintain deep understanding of publisher technical nuances, business KPIs, and long-term goals

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Ad Ops within Ad Tech
  • Advanced hands-on knowledge of Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, header bidding (Prebid.js), and ad serving
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging via browser developer tools
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools like HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, or Trello
  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills under pressure
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment managing multiple priorities
  • Confidence to lead technical calls with clients and internal stakeholders
