About the Company

SuperDial builds AI voice agents for healthcare revenue cycle management. Our AI agents automate high-volume outbound healthcare calls across workflows like eligibility checks, prior authorizations, claim status, credentialing, enrollment, payer follow-up, denial follow-up, and other administrative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day customer success for a portfolio of accounts
  • Lead recurring customer meetings and build trust with operational and technical stakeholders
  • Support customer onboarding and implementation to align workflows with RCM goals
  • Help customers adopt AI voice agents across various healthcare workflows
  • Monitor customer health, engagement, usage, and workflow performance
  • Translate technical and RCM-specific feedback between customers and internal product/engineering teams
  • Identify and escalate strategic account risks or expansion opportunities
  • Contribute to Customer Success playbooks, templates, and repeatable operating practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or healthcare operations
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or revenue cycle management
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to discuss integrations, EHR/PM systems, and product behavior
  • Ability to quickly learn healthcare revenue cycle operations (claims, denials, prior authorization, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills to use data for understanding customer health and workflow performance
  • Excellent communication skills for building trust with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-driven products, voice AI, or workflow automation
  • Familiarity with RCM systems, EHR/EMR, or practice management systems
  • Proficiency with data and technical tools such as SQL, Python, APIs, Looker, or CRM systems
