Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business objectives, challenges, and success metrics
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and agency partners in Mandarin and English
• Proactively engage with customers to drive platform adoption and value realization
• Partner with the publisher development team to match customers with suitable affiliates
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Conduct regular check-ins to review progress and address concerns
• Advocate for customers internally to drive product enhancements
• Monitor customer health and satisfaction metrics to mitigate churn

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in English
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, etc.)
• Ability to train on US East Coast hours while working in China Standard Time
• Experience with CRM software and business intelligence tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in e-commerce or affiliate marketing
• Experience with HubSpot
