Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
  • Configure and manage customer-specific data feeds and system integrations
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Analyze customer data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights
  • Deliver regular reports and business reviews to key stakeholders
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a digital health solution environment involving benefits administration
  • Strong technical aptitude for managing data feeds and system configurations
  • Experience managing complex ecosystem vendor partners within healthcare and benefit programs
  • Proven track record of building strategic stakeholder relationships
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven reporting
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
