Responsibilities

  • Establish trusted relationships with clients
  • Solve customer issues by developing product expertise and troubleshooting
  • Engage 1:1 with customers during launch to ensure adoption and mature use
  • Provide fast, accurate, and personalized communication via email, Zoom, and live chat
  • Maintain the company knowledge base
  • Drive and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the sales team
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into product solutions
  • Help drive customer references and case studies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in customer success and support
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Solid understanding of SaaS applications
  • Creative problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS customer success, account management, or sales organizations
  • Proven track record of professional customer service in a dynamic startup environment
