About the Company

Root builds software that helps companies along the food system get to Net Zero. We have raised over €10m in funding and onboarded some of the largest F&B players in Europe to help them manage and reduce their CO2e emissions.

Responsibilities

  • Run virtual trainings with Polish-speaking customers to guide them through the Root Platform
  • Support customer projects during active data collection phases by answering questions and ensuring data quality
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for Polish-speaking users, primarily agricultural stakeholders
  • Flag risks and opportunities to the internal Customer Success team, including churn signals and product feedback

Requirements

  • Native-level Polish (written and spoken)
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer-Facing Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Comfortable with virtual training delivery such as webinars and workshops
  • Self-organized and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • German language skills
  • Familiarity with sustainability, carbon accounting, or agricultural supply chains
  • Experience with data collection platforms or survey/assessment tools
