About the Company
ROUTE06 is a DX partner supporting business model transformation for large enterprises. Through the provision of the enterprise business API platform "Plain" and agile business support, the company helps realize the platformization of commerce for major corporations.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding for the enterprise business API platform Plain
- Promote product explanation and usage to customers
- Extract challenges through interviews with field users
- Provide feedback on customer inquiries and requests to internal teams for product improvement
- Create and update product manuals, guidelines, and FAQs
- Collaborate with data analysts, designers, product managers, and engineers to improve customer engagement
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in SaaS customer success
- Strong interest in SaaS products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer success for enterprise-level clients
- Experience in account management for enterprise-level clients
- Experience driving projects
- Data analysis experience
