Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage clients across technical, business, and product levels to ensure they achieve their goals
- Build and grow relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Identify potential opportunities for growth and upcoming challenges
- Provide client training and host webinars to drive product adoption
- Introduce clients to new features and manage new feature releases
- Act as the client's representative by providing internal feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency
- Prior experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development
- Experience working within the crypto, fintech, or payments industries
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach
- Basic understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) is a significant plus
