Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship with assigned mid-market accounts post-sales, serving as the primary point of contact for kickoff, implementation, and optimization
  • Lead client onboarding and configuration projects, collaborating with customer teams for go-live and ongoing support
  • Create and deliver training programs for customer teams
  • Execute onboarding and implementation for a high volume of accounts (80-100)
  • Run periodic business reviews with key stakeholders to drive product adoption
  • Partner with Sales on renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Document customer feedback and feature requests to inform product development
  • Monitor customer metrics and usage patterns to identify expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer success or a similar customer-facing role within B2B SaaS, Mortgage, Lending, or Fintech
  • Proven track record working at early-stage startups (50-200 employees)
  • Prior account management or customer management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical product features and integrations
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
