About the Company

Vetcove is modernizing the animal health industry by providing veterinary organizations with tools to focus more on patient care. Backed by Y Combinator, our suite of platforms includes a procurement marketplace, ecommerce experience, and a practice management system used by over 25,000 hospitals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead Vetcove’s corporate accounts strategy
  • Act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders within named accounts to build long-lasting relationships
  • Craft narratives and prove customer value through business reviews and strategic touch-points
  • Collect customer product feedback to inform product development strategy
  • Create account roadmaps to progress customers toward platform goals and growth
  • Monitor the veterinary consolidation market to adapt to market dynamics
  • Nurture relationships with non-contracted corporate consolidators

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years in account management
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Excellent time and process management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven success identifying and developing executive relationships
