Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer relationships across a portfolio of mid-market accounts
- Drive successful onboarding and time-to-value for new customers
- Develop and execute account plans that drive platform adoption and measurable outcomes
- Lead regular business reviews with customer stakeholders to communicate ROI
- Proactively monitor account health and intervene on churn risk
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities for upsell and cross-sell motions
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally to Product, Engineering, and Support
- Partner with and provide direction to Customer Success Associates
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Track record of owning renewals and driving retention
- Strong relationship-building skills across operational and management levels
- Data-driven approach to account management using health metrics and usage data
- Highly organized and able to manage a high-volume book of business
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth or early-stage SaaS environment
- Familiarity with customer success platforms like Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Salesforce
- Background in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Experience managing or mentoring junior CS team members
