Customer Success - Middle East

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Customer Success (CS) team to develop a scalable CS playbook and framework tailored for Middle East customers.
• Build, maintain, and own relationships with a book of 50 enterprise clients in the Middle East.
• Lead client onboarding and drive long-term adoption of multiple audio AI products.
• Monitor customer usage and adoption, identifying areas for improvement and revenue expansion.
• Own commercial activities, including expansion and renewal of client accounts.
• Take accountability for customer success KPIs (NRR/GRR) and contribute to CS OKR goals.

Requirements

• 5-7 years' experience in Customer Success within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Proven experience delivering value to Middle East customers with technical, mission-critical SaaS products (e.g., conversational AI).
• Strong commercial acumen; track record of renewals and expansions with best-in-class NRR results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain relationships at all organization levels in complex stakeholder environments.
• Highly analytical with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
