Customer Success - Middle East

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Customer Success team to develop scalable playbooks and frameworks tailored to Middle East enterprise clients.
• Build, maintain, and manage relationships with a portfolio of 50 enterprise clients in the Middle East region.
• Lead onboarding and drive long-term adoption of multiple ElevenLabs audio AI products.
• Analyze customer usage and adoption data to identify opportunities for improvement or revenue expansion.
• Own commercial aspects including expansion and renewal activities for assigned accounts.
• Be accountable for customer success KPIs (NRR/GRR) and contribute to CS OKR goals.

Requirements

• 5-7 years' experience in Customer Success at a fast-paced SaaS organization.
• Proven track record delivering value to Middle East customers with technical, mission-critical solutions (e.g., conversational AI).
• Commercial ownership of renewals and account expansion.
• Strong builder mindset with a focus on customer excellence and scalable product solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to nurture relationships across complex stakeholder environments.
• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
