Job description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success (CS) team to develop scalable frameworks and playbooks for Middle East clients.
  • Build, maintain, and own strong relationships with a portfolio of 50 enterprise clients in the Middle East region.
  • Lead onboarding for new clients and drive long-term adoption of multiple products.
  • Monitor customer usage and adoption to identify areas for improvement or revenue expansion.
  • Drive commercial outcomes: oversee expansion and renewal of accounts within your portfolio.
  • Own customer success KPIs (NRR/GRR) and contribute to overall CS OKR goals.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in Customer Success at a fast-paced SaaS organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to unlock value for customers in Middle East with mission-critical technical products (such as conversational AI).
  • Commercial experience: drive renewals and expansions, aiming for best-in-class NRR.
  • Strong builder mindset and focus on scalable solutions and customer excellence.
  • Exceptional communication skills for nurturing relationships across complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
