Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own Customer Success reporting, dashboards, and recurring analysis
  • Turn customer, product, and revenue data into actionable insights
  • Partner with Data Engineering on data quality, metric definitions, and trusted reporting
  • Support forecasting, segmentation, health scores, and lifecycle programs
  • Identify and help automate repeatable CSM tasks and workflows
  • Build AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency and customer outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with CS, Ops, and Data teams
  • Familiarity with automation, lifecycle strategy, and customer health metrics
  • Comfort using AI tools and data-driven workflows
