Job description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships
  • Handle sensitive customer data with care and security
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPIs
  • Communicate effectively with developers and cross-functional specialists
  • Apply the latest customer happiness practices and keep up with evolving tools

Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (C1 level for both spoken and written)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Experience in the travel industry
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills
  • Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload)
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or logistics
  • Proficiency with Zendesk or other major CRM platforms
  • Experience managing support tickets
