Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security
- Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPIs
- Communicate effectively with developers and cross-functional specialists
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices and keep up with evolving tools
Requirements
- Excellent English skills (C1 level for both spoken and written)
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Experience in the travel industry
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM
- Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload)
- Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or logistics
- Proficiency with Zendesk or other major CRM platforms
- Experience managing support tickets
