Customer Support Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
• Resolve support inquiries including "how-to" guidance and product assistance
• Gather technical information to ensure the resolution of complex cases
• Maintain working knowledge of client products and services
• Troubleshoot common issues using the knowledge base
• Escalate complex or repetitive issues to the L2 team
• Ensure proper case handling and follow-up for timely resolution

Requirements

• Excellent English and German communication skills (at least C1 level)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Support
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and platforms quickly
• Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
• Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload)
• Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Technical Support
