Customer Support - English<>Portuguese

Responsibilities

• Providing support via live inbound phone calls to resolve diners/drivers queries and issues promptly and in a professional manner.
• Document all necessary notes & vital information from customer & driver conversations.

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written English<>Portuguese.
• Languages Needed: fluency in spoken & written Portuguese & English
• Availability Sunday-Saturday to work

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent grammar
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets while maintaining high quality standards.
• Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus.
