Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality phone support with a warm, professional tone and genuine empathy
- Perform real-time problem solving and troubleshooting to reassure customers
- Manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining organization and sharpness
Requirements
- 2+ years of remote customer support experience, ideally in fintech or tech startups
- Proficiency with support tools like Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
