  • Perform real-time problem solving and troubleshooting to reassure customers
  • Manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining organization and sharpness

Requirements

  • 2+ years of remote customer support experience, ideally in fintech or tech startups
  • Proficiency with support tools like Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
