Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and helpful manner
• Guide customers through account setup, transactions, and platform features
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues such as login problems, transaction errors, and wallet connection issues
• Locate customer accounts and case history within the CRM during live interactions
• Document every customer interaction in the CRM with detailed notes and updated records
• Escalate complex technical or account issues to engineering or specialist teams

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to handle high volumes of incoming calls, chats, and emails
• Basic technical aptitude for troubleshooting platform and transaction issues
• Strong CRM proficiency or ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center roles
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or digital wallets
• Prior experience in a tech support or help desk environment
