Responsibilities
- Support users across all online channels including email, Discord, website chat, forums, and social media
- Create how-to guides, wikis, and knowledge base documentation for recurring issues
- Collaborate with engineers to debug challenging technical issues
Requirements
- Great written communication skills
- Basic Linux technical skills including SSH and Terminal command usage
- Strong empathy and a genuine care for user problems
- Ability to engage with users consistently and proactively
