CX Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via email, phone, and text
• Build trusted relationships with clients through supportive and affirming experiences
• Partner cross-functionally with clinical and operations teams to resolve client questions
• Identify recurring client pain points and recommend process improvements
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and communication best practices
• Continuously improve workflows and systems to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in client-facing, customer support, or client success roles
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and improving outcomes for neurodivergent adults
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
