Cyber Operations Management

Responsibilities

• Build a mock-up environment on the NATO Software Factory to simulate the current Cyber Operations Management System (COMS)
• Replicate Atlassian JIRA and Confluence processes, including plugins and workflows for DEFEND branch missions
• Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements in a NATO AQAP conforming format
• Capture data requirements necessary for migration to new capabilities
• Create a recorded video demonstrating the identified requirements for industry engagement
• Conduct live online demonstrations of the COMS mock-up environment for industry stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of Atlassian JIRA Datacenter administration
• 5+ years of Atlassian Confluence Datacenter administration
• Prior experience working on the NCIA COMS Environment
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python
• Experience deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Expertise in Java, Groovy, and Scriptrunner
• Experience managing metadata in Atlassian Confluence, Office, PDF, and Microsoft SharePoint
• Deep understanding of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence inner workings at the database level
• Experience managing Linux servers, preferably RedHat
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
