Cybersecurity Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint security solutions as L3
• Own the end-to-end vulnerability management process for endpoints
• Develop and enforce endpoint hardening standards
• Collaborate with SOC and security teams to correlate endpoint telemetry with network and cloud events
• Participate in the resolution of endpoint-related security incidents

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in endpoint security engineering (Windows and macOS)
• Deep expertise with modern EDR/XDR deployment and L3 troubleshooting
• Proven experience with end-to-end vulnerability management processes
• Hands-on experience with MDM solutions such as Jamf or Intune
• Strong knowledge of endpoint hardening standards (CIS Benchmarks, STIG, NIST)
• Experience developing and maintaining hardening baselines at scale
• Ability to formalize security requirements into policies and control frameworks
• Experience in incident response, containment, and root cause analysis
• Solid understanding of attacker TTPs and the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Experience in development and automation using Python or Go
• Upper Intermediate or higher English level

Preferred Qualifications

• Security hardening of Linux-based systems
• Experience with threat hunting on endpoint telemetry
• Understanding of PKI and certificate management
• Experience with privileged access controls and PAM integration
• Familiarity with DLP solutions and data protection policies
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like PCI DSS, ISO 27001, or SOC 2
