Czech<>English Interpreter

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate Czech<>English interpretation via phone and video for healthcare and medical clients
• Render all messages completely and accurately without adding, omitting, or substituting content
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to interpreter standards of practice
• Take detailed notes during calls and apply industry-specific medical terminology
• Participate in internal professional training and pursue additional certifications
• Report to team leadership and comply with dress code for video remote interpreting

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Czech and English
• Professional interpretation certification preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology
• High tolerance, accuracy, and fast information processing abilities
• Dedicated wired internet connection (20+ Mbps download, 10+ Mbps upload)
• Windows 10+ computer with Intel Core i5 or equivalent processor and 8GB RAM
• Noise-cancelling wired headset with microphone (no wireless/Bluetooth)
