D365 Project Manager (F&O)

Responsibilities

• Lead complex digital transformation initiatives and manage project scope, deliverables, budget, timeline, and resources
• Define service objectives, develop project plans, and manage budget/actuals
• Drive the creation and continuous improvement of project delivery tools, including RAID logs and standard templates
• Collaborate with project architects and solution experts to support complex integrations and data migration
• Perform granular quality assurance across project plans, functional specs, and test plans
• Manage customer relationships, acting as the first point of escalation for scope and resourcing issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and regular updates

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience specifically with Dynamics 365
• Experience managing teams of 5-20+ people
• Experience working in a global delivery model with onshore/offshore teams
• Proficiency with MS Project and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• PMP or CSM certification required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large complex projects involving ERP, CRM, and other integrated applications
