Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end operational and strategic recruitment process for local markets
  • Create job advertisements on social media and proactively search for candidates
  • Conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, and feedback sessions
  • Build strong relationships with sales and delivery managers to understand employment needs
  • Support candidates throughout their entire journey, including post-placement follow-ups
  • Identify and develop new sourcing channels to contact potential candidates
  • Process candidate requests and provide relevant information

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Danish (written and spoken)
  • Fluent English (B2 level)
  • Knowledge of social media as a recruitment tool
  • Willingness to use social media profiles for work purposes
  • Deep understanding of the culture and mentality of the target language/country

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or recruitment
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Experience working remotely
  • Experience living abroad
