Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL and Python
• Collaborate with Senior Analysts and Lead Analysts to interpret client data and propose data-driven strategies
• Clean, validate, and pre-process client datasets for analysis and modeling
• Translate analysis into compelling business narratives and strategic recommendations
• Build lightweight scripts and workflows to automate data handling
• Support text and document annotation initiatives for NLP and LLM-based AI solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Aerospace, Consumer, or Automotive sectors
• Proficiency in Python, Excel (or Google Sheets), and SQL
• Ability to qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations
• Must be physically located in the United States, including Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
• Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs)
