Chamber is rebuilding the system for cardiology, creating a world where outcomes, not volume, define success. We partner with independent cardiologists to help them lead population health efforts in their communities, equipping them with technology, data, and operational tools that turn complex insights into better care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring performance reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly packages for leadership
• Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards in Retool and BI tools to track leading indicators and SLA pacing
• Pull, validate, and QA data from operational systems to ensure reporting accuracy
• Support clinical performance reporting across medication adherence, care gaps, and quality measures (HEDIS, Stars)
• Investigate missed targets, unexpected trends, and data discrepancies to identify root causes
• Build, maintain, and QA workflows, lists, and properties to support Care Ops reporting
• Maintain clean, consistent, and reporting-ready data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data cleaning
• Basic SQL knowledge or ability to learn quickly
• Familiarity with BI and dashboarding tools (e.g., Retool, Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight)
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work with imperfect data and transform it into clean datasets

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in analytics, data, or operations
• Healthcare experience (payer, provider, or health tech)
• Master's degree in a related field
• Exposure to Python for data work (e.g., pandas, scripting, or automation)
