Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design, define, and monitor core business KPIs to evaluate product and operational performance.
• Partner with product, marketing, and business teams to translate business questions into structured data analysis.
• Deliver clear, concise, and data-driven insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to enable self-service analytics.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and emerging business needs.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by validating datasets and collaborating with data engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar data-driven role.
• Strong experience working with KPIs and OKRs.
• Excellent working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Python and various BI/data visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of ETL data pipelines and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with Airflow.
• Understanding of relational databases and data warehouse principles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with machine learning.
• Relevant knowledge or experience in the gaming industry.
• Working knowledge of Python, Airflow, and Metabase.
• Strong understanding of sports and gaming.
