Data Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create foundational pipelines and data extractions with large data sets using SQL and GCP technologies
• Work with large, complex data sets to solve analysis problems and assess initiative impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide financial data engineering expertise
• Own complex projects, maintenance work, and bug fixes with minimal guidance
• Engineer foundational table resources using BigQuery, Dataform, LookML, and Dataplex

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or computer science engineering
• 5 years of experience with SQL, data engineering, architecture, and ETL
• Expertise using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HTML, Python, or other coding languages
• Experience using data to identify business improvement opportunities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder presentations
• Ability to engage with PMO teams for prioritization and effort estimation
