Data & Analytics Lead

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from multiple sources including HubSpot, platform data, and external healthcare datasets into a cohesive structure
• Design and implement scalable data models and storage solutions
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes to ingest, clean, and harmonize diverse datasets
• Write and optimize Python and SQL workflows for reliable data processing
• Develop repeatable reporting and insight frameworks to support strategic decision-making
• Establish data governance standards, including documentation, quality management, and HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive data
• Collaborate with product, community, and business teams to translate evolving needs into technical solutions

Requirements

• Experience in data engineering, analytics, or data science roles within high-growth organizations
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and automation
• Experience designing practical cloud-based data solutions (GCP preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to integrate and structure complex datasets from multiple sources
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of healthcare data environments and standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, clinical research data)
• Experience enabling advanced analytics and future AI/ML use cases
