Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of a medallion lakehouse in Microsoft Fabric
• Design and build Claude projects and skills for stakeholder self-serve analytics
• Partner with leaders to define and maintain a canonical business lexicon
• Create and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines
• Build data models and BI dashboards for marketing, product, and financial analytics
• Establish and enforce data governance protocols, including lineage and quality checks
• Mentor and develop a cross-functional team of data engineers and analysts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into scalable data solutions

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a highly technical data role
• Hands-on expertise with PySpark, Python, SQL, dbt, and Microsoft Fabric
• Demonstrated experience building medallion architectures and production-grade pipelines
• Experience creating or deploying AI-powered tools (Claude or similar LLM platforms)
• Deep understanding of DTC subscription business analytics
• Proven ability to lead and mentor data teams
• Growth-stage startup experience required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or health-tech experience
• Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling
