Data Architect-Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and implement technology solutions for clients.
• Lead the Data Migration strategy & implementation of Salesforce projects.
• Work with functional and business clients to determine solutions that drive additional business value.
• Design robust data models and optimize data infrastructure.
• Work with Salesforce products including core: Sales and Service Cloud.
• Make Data Strategy decisions related to the Salesforce environment.
• Develop solutions for fit and scalability.
• Evolve and shape the strategy, architecture, platform, and standards for the integration team.
• Specify and publish standards around APIs.
• Create the strategy around Data capture and migration.
• Be involved in pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing a project’s technical & data architecture.
• Ability to guide the Development team.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Deployment/Physical architecture.
• Experience working with different file standards.
• Experienced with Object Oriented Architecture and RESTful Architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience defining the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide the client.
• Strong skills in system documentation (ERD’s, process flows, etc).
• 5+ years of client-facing consulting/professional services experience.
• 5+ years of experience design, refinement, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Experience in Health Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience with Call centers stand up.
• Experience working within cross-functional project team to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend data management technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Expertise in planning and executing enterprise data migration projects.
• Prior experience in migrating & integrating data from various sources.
• Oversee data integration processes between systems.
• Experience in designing and developing complex data models.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining data governance policies and standards.
• Experience in monitoring data quality and implementing data cleansing procedures.
• Experience in implementing robust data security measures.
• Prior experience in management methodologies (waterfall, agile).
