Responsibilities

• Support live sessions by monitoring chat and facilitating breakout rooms
• Teach validation and healthy skepticism of AI-generated interpretations
• Host 30-minute office hours to support learner project questions and tooling issues
• Review team submissions and provide detailed, actionable feedback within 72 hours
• Provide non-live support and respond to participant questions within 24 hours

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English
• Hands-on data practitioner with experience applying analytics to real business challenges
• Hands-on user of generative AI in a real commercial or analytics job
• Comfortable working with commercial, sales, and marketing teams
• Able to translate data outputs into practical, actionable insights
• Familiar with enterprise AI governance and data-confidentiality norms
