Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of scalable infrastructure and tooling including Snowflake, dbt, AWS, and Sigma
• Drive high-impact analyses across claims, EHR, and real-time patient activity data
• Build and scale robust data pipelines and governance practices to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to prioritize data initiatives
• Develop and maintain real-time analytics capabilities to monitor key metrics
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate analytics into production systems
• Align data infrastructure to strategic priorities such as pharma data and Fee-for-service models
• Augment analytics processes with AI use cases

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering
• Proven track record of building scalable data systems in cloud environments
• Experience implementing modern data stacks including Snowflake, AWS, and dbt
• Deep understanding of healthcare data including claims, EMR, and patient-generated health data
• Experience working with actuarial teams or value-based care leaders
• Strong communication skills for navigating between technical and clinical teams
• Must be based in the Northeastern US
