Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines for coaching, user analytics, and AI-generated outputs
• Establish data infrastructure, architecture, and the core data stack
• Build data systems that power product features like user progress tracking and customer dashboards
• Process and analyze AI/LLM outputs to track coaching quality
• Collaborate with product teams on instrumentation and data collection

Requirements

• Mid to senior-level experience in data engineering
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and scalable architectures

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfort with Go for building production data services
• Experience working with diverse data sources like Redis, Elasticsearch, and API data
• Experience with AI/ML data and LLM outputs
