Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure for AI-powered enterprise contract negotiations
- Develop performant data ingestion pipelines for handling high-volume contract, vendor, and procurement data
- Build sophisticated data parsing systems for complex legal/procurement documents and deal terms
- Create real-time data feeds and dashboards supporting negotiation agents and enterprise teams
- Manage and evolve data schemas, feature stores, and comprehensive contract data catalogues
- Design data models for multi-dimensional deal optimization across price, terms, risk, and timelines
- Ensure secure, enterprise-grade data operations with end-to-end monitoring, observability, and compliance
- Champion robust data governance, encryption, and advanced access control for sensitive contract data
- Collaborate with AI, platform, and product teams to provision operational data and build integrations with ERP/procurement systems
- Drive operational excellence through automation, testing, CI/CD, incident response, and cost optimization
Requirements
- 3+ years enterprise data engineering (AWS/Azure, B2B data integration)
- Expert-level Python (ETL systems, production data pipelines)
- Batch & streaming frameworks: Apache Spark, Flink, Kafka Streams, Beam
- Orchestration: Airflow, Prefect, Dagster
- Data modeling, schema management
- REST/gRPC API, file, queue (SQS, Kafka) integrations
- Storage: PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, Cassandra, Parquet, ORC
- Data security & compliance: encryption, secrets management, RBAC/ABAC
- DevOps: CI/CD for data systems, Terraform, version control
- Observability & data quality tools (Great Expectations, Monte Carlo)
- Collaborative leadership & problem-solving in high-stakes environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with contract/legal document processing & unstructured data parsing
- Proven enterprise system (ERP, BI, procurement platform) integration background
- AI/ML data pipeline or production model serving exposure
- Complex procurement domain or strategic negotiation workflows
