Troveo builds the data platform that AI labs and model builders need to train the next generation of models. We have created the world's largest licensed platform of scarce, proprietary data for AI, spanning video, audio, text, and business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable ELT/ETL data pipelines (batch and streaming)
• Implement conceptual, logical, and physical data models using dimensional modeling
• Build and maintain transformation layers using tools like dbt
• Write optimal SQL queries for data exploration and ad-hoc analysis
• Monitor data pipelines to ensure SLAs for timeliness, freshness, and accuracy
• Implement data quality checks, observability, and alerting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, data scientists, and engineers

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in data engineering or analytics engineering
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks)
• Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect)
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling techniques
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dbt for data transformation
• Knowledge of data observability/monitoring tools
• Experience with real-time/streaming data technologies like Kafka or Flink
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices for data pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field
