Responsibilities

• Guide a lean and focused data engineering team to build an AI-ready data foundation
• Own the Data Governance & Accessibility program
• Design scalable data architecture and improve pipeline reliability
• Mentor data engineers through technical reviews and development planning
• Partner with analysts, business leaders, and platform teams to improve data usability
• Establish company-wide standards for data ownership, quality monitoring, and lineage tracking
• Deliver a scalable data platform supporting advanced analytics and machine learning

Requirements

• Proven track record of building scalable systems and driving measurable impact
• Experience in technical leadership and designing data architecture
• Ability to manage data governance and accessibility programs
• Experience mentoring engineering teams
• Self-starter with a history of delivering excellent results
