Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated data entries, extractions, and structured records for accuracy and consistency
• Create realistic data entry scenarios and edge cases to test AI handling of messy or ambiguous inputs
• Audit AI-produced datasets for errors in categorization, labeling, or field mapping
• Tag and classify data samples to assist AI models in learning correct structures and validation rules
• Compare AI outputs against established data entry standards to ensure professional benchmarks are met

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume data entry, data processing, or database management
• Proven track record of high accuracy and attention to detail with large datasets
• High typing speed and ability to process structured and unstructured data efficiently
• Familiarity with data formats, validation rules, and identifying logical errors in AI outputs
• Solid written English skills for assessing text clarity and correctness
• Possession of a PayPal account for receiving payments

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual capabilities for evaluating localized datasets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, SQL, or Access
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or document management systems
• Familiarity with Confluence or Notion
